A Perfect Summer Wedding at Deer Park Country House: Raheel and Sophie
Raheel and Sophie’s summer wedding at Deer Park Country House was truly a day to remember. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect, with the warm summer weather and the beautiful grounds of Deer Park, making it feel like we in a completely different country! Raheel and Sophie, who live in Australia, definitely brought the sunshine with them for the celebration.
The outdoor ceremony took place in the stunning gardens of Deer Park, one of our favourite ceremony locations. Raheel and Sophie exchanged personal vows in front of their closest family and friends, a moment that always stands out. One of the highlights was Meghan Rae’s performance during the ceremony. It was the first time we’d seen a live performance mid-ceremony, and her incredible voice added something really special to the day.
The reception was a blast, with so many great moments as Raheel and Sophie’s family and friends enjoyed drinks and canapés. It was the kind of gathering where everyone was relaxed and just having a good time together. We always love catching those genuine interactions—whether it's a quick laugh or a spontaneous hug.
As the night went on, the dance floor became the place to be. Raheel and Sophie kicked things off with a first dance that had everyone cheering, especially when they threw in some cool moves and even a lift or two. Capturing that real kind of energy is always a highlight for us and really showed how much fun everyone was having.
To top off the evening, everyone gathered at the bottom of the garden for a late-night pizza party. Sharing slices under the warm glow of the blue hour was the perfect way to end a day that was not only beautiful but also filled with so much love and incredible people.
