Dom and Samantha’s wedding at Upton Barn Wedding Venue in Devon was an absolute dream come true! The rustic beams and wooden features created a modern, cozy, and earthy vibe—perfect for a chilly winter day.
We first met Dom and Samantha at Dom's sister's wedding a couple of years ago. When they asked us to be their photographers, we were over the moon! We couldn't wait to capture their special day at the stunning Upton Barn Wedding Venue.
The speeches were heartfelt, and the earthy, neutral tones of the decor added a special touch to the rainy day. Dom and Samantha fully embraced the weather, making their wedding day unforgettable and filled with fun moments.
“Our family members used Simon & Kiana for their wedding and we saw them at work and couldn’t believe our eyes. We barely noticed them all day yet they got the most amazing shots of such special moments and so when we got engaged ourselves not long after, we instantly knew who we were going to choose.
Fast forward to our big day, Simon & Kiana were absolutely incredible. They ran almost every shot past us, giving us directions throughout, while somehow blending completely into the background.
The weather wasn’t on our side for our formal photos so we collectively made the decision to take the formal photos indoors but they turned out to be the thing of DREAMS. STUNNING. And are now some of our favourite photos. So thank you both for taking something as rubbish as the weather in England and turning it into something beautiful.
Simon & Kiana managed to capture so many emotions and reactions of our loved ones throughout the day. This is something that, without them, we wouldn’t have been able to see a lot of. In fact, a lot of what Simon & Kiana captured we hadn’t seen in the moment on the day because we were so swept up in the magic, so we are eternally grateful to have been able to relive our day through so many different perspectives.
Not only did Simon & Kiana send us 12 fully edited sneak peaks by the EVENING of our wedding day, they also sent us our FULL gallery just 10 days after the event. We couldn’t believe the turnaround.
